# ETL: Connecting to SharePoint

> Connect Integrate.io ETL to Microsoft SharePoint to read documents, lists, and library data, and load them into your data pipelines and warehouse.

Integrate.io ETL can read your Sharepoint data. This article details creating the Sharepoint connection in Integrate.io ETL.

## To create a Sharepoint connection in Integrate.io ETL:

    Click the **Connections** icon (lightning bolt) on the top left menu.

    To create a connection, click **New connection.**

    Select Sharepoint.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Specify **Instance URL**. It should be in the format **https\://\<company subdomain>.sharepoint.com**

  <Step>
    Click **Authenticate**
  </Step>

  <Step>
    In the Microsoft authentication window select needed account and authenticate
  </Step>

  <Step>
    After authentication you will be redirected back to connection form
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Specify connection **Name**
