# ETL: Password Policy

> Review the Integrate.io ETL password policy, including minimum length, complexity, expiration, and reset requirements for user account security.

Integrate.io ETL's customer password policy is twelve or more character passwords that have not been previously breached (using [Pwned Password](https://haveibeenpwned.com/Passwords)'s API). We recommend customers use a [password manager](https://teampassword.com/) to generate and store their password.

We recommend all customers turn on [2FA](/etl/2-factor-authentication/) to further protect their account. Customer can set up and use [Single Sign On](https://www.integrate.io/blog/new-feature-sso-2fa/) to utilize a corporate identity provider like GSuite, please contact your account manager to discuss.
