Onboard client data in days, not weeks.

Every client sends data differently: SFTP files, Excel workbooks, ERP exports, fixed-width feeds. Integrate.io brings them into one scheduled workflow and normalizes each file into your schema, so ops can own onboarding without pulling engineering into every account.

Client data ingestion challenge

Every new client brings a new data problem.

Tens or hundreds of clients, each with their own file format and schema. One changed column can stall a production feed while engineering loses another week to client ops.

Onboarding drags on for weeks

Every new client means a new format, a new script, and 2-3 weeks before their data is ready.

Schema drift breaks feeds

A sender changes an export and the pipeline fails. Teams usually find out after a downstream workflow stalls.

Engineering is the bottleneck

Per-client scripts pile up, and engineers end up maintaining plumbing instead of building product.

Capabilities

Build one template. Adapt it per client. Let ops run it.

Ingest files and feeds from any client, normalize them into your target schema, and give operations a low-code workflow they can manage themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Talk to an expert →
What is client data ingestion?

Client data ingestion is the recurring process of collecting data from your clients and partners, in whatever format they send it, standardizing it, mapping it to your own schema, and loading it into the systems that run your product or service.

How is this different from a data import widget?

Import widgets handle a one-time upload by an end user in a browser. Client data ingestion is recurring and scheduled: files and feeds arrive from many clients on their own timetable, no one is at a screen when the pipeline runs, and your team manages it centrally.

Can Integrate.io handle SFTP drops and fixed-width files?

Yes. Pipelines pick up files from SFTP, cloud storage, and email, and parse CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and fixed-width formats before validating and transforming them into your schema.

What happens when a client changes their file format?

Validation steps check required fields and route bad rows for review, and alerts tell you when a client's run fails, so a renamed column doesn't quietly load bad data into your product.

Can we reuse one pipeline across clients?

Yes. Build the pipeline for one client, then copy it for the next and change only what is different, such as the source location or a few field mappings.

Is client data ingestion HIPAA compliant?

Integrate.io supports HIPAA with a BAA available, is SOC 2 compliant, and encrypts data end to end, which matters when clients send health or financial records.

How does pricing work as we add clients?

Integrate.io charges a fixed fee, so onboarding your fiftieth client costs the same in platform fees as your first instead of growing with every new feed.
