Alteryx is an analytics automation and data-prep platform that analysts like for its visual workflow builder. Licensing now runs through Alteryx One editions, many workflows still live on individual Designer desktops, and scheduling them in production sits in the top edition. What's changing
In May 2025, Alteryx moved licensing to Alteryx One editions (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise), and from version 2025.1 Designer and Server are licensed through Alteryx One. Scheduling and monitoring sit in the Enterprise edition. If your renewal is moving you onto a new edition, it is a good time to compare it against a fixed fee.
