Files come in as CSV, Excel, fixed-width, TXT, XML, JSON, or X12 834, over SFTP, email, cloud storage, or API. They go out as 834, fixed-width, or CSV in whatever layout each receiver needs.
Do we need EDI or 834 expertise to use it?
No. Most benefits files are CSV or Excel, and the hub maps them in a low-code designer. When a receiver needs an 834, the hub produces it from your mapped data.
How long does it take to set up a new feed?
Days, not months. Once one feed is built, the next client's feed is usually a copy with a few changes.
Is the hub HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. Integrate.io signs a BAA, member data passes through without being stored, files can be PGP encrypted, and the platform is SOC 2 audited.
Who builds the feeds?
Either side. Your team can build them after training, with a dedicated Solution Engineer, or our team builds and runs them to your spec.
Does it replace our TPA, Ben Admin platform, or carrier connections?
No. The hub sits between the systems you already use and moves data between them. It's vendor-agnostic, so it works with whichever carriers, TPAs, and platforms you choose.
