The below billing card is for support options for customers on plans with no allocated support hours. All plans on and below Starter plan do not have allocated support hours.
Support billing will be charged on the 1st of each month for the previous month's support usage. Please note that there is a one hour minimum per support instance.
Should you wish to upgrade to a plan with dedicated support hours, please speak with your Account Manager or write to firstname.lastname@example.org ETL.com.
Support Incident (M-F 9AM-6PM US Pacific Time) :: $195/hour
Support Incident (Out of hours) :: $245/hour
Dataflow Development & Engineering :: $295/hour
Feature Development :: Depends on Project Needs
